RICS, an Indianapolis-based SaaS company, makes retail technology that retailers and brands use to maximize profits. From national franchise retailers like New Balance and Fleet Feet, to independent boutiques and footwear stores, RICS provides retailers with the data and direction needed to be competitive in an ever-evolving retail market.
Our two floor space in Indy 's JF Wild building is designed to inspire and encourage productivity, collaboration, and connecting among our people. Everyone has a designated work station in an open floor plan; however, the office has just as many unassigned collaborative work spaces as we have people to encourage movement and different experiences throughout each work day. The "Social Hub, " an 1800 sq ft open space that feels part posh coffee bar, part polished penthouse living room vignette creates ample opportunity for teammates to connect and co-mingle. Additionally, our people can be found meeting in a creative corner that features entire wall-sized neon black glass dry erase boards and unconventional seating for a brainstorm or working session. For those who need a more private work space, two large conference rooms and four two person work spaces pave the way for productivity with warm lighting and stylish, inviting seating. Our team has a wide-range of technology at their fingertips include high-speed wifi, smart TVs in the conference rooms, Skype for Business, and Jabra bluetooth speakers.
Our space features an open floor plan flooded with natural light and choice views of downtown Indy. Thanks to the unique art and furniture pieces that adorn the two floors, the RICS offices feel less 'office space ' and more eclectic, modern urban living.
In a crowded marketplace, RICS has a niche in the footwear and apparel industry, with a strong stake in the run specialty category. The RICS office space reflects this heritage through design vignettes around the office featuring items such as a signed New Balance track spike or the latest running shoe. Additionally, the space reflects the company’s Indy pride through local art pieces and bespoke conference tables, high-top working tables, and book cases by Brothers Furniture Design, a locally owned and operated business run by Indy firefighters.
Our space reflects our core values by being forward-thinking, authentic, customer driven, hardworking, transparent, and flexible. The RICS office space plays a leadership role in our organization to motivate and inspire the attitudes, behaviors, and mindsets we need to win.
