About Offerpad HQ

Offerpad's space is meant to feel like home, with sofas in meeting and lounge spaces, “family” photos on the walls, and even home names for meeting spaces like the “Living Room,” “Workshop,” and “Sundeck” — a floating mezzanine in the center of the building. It’s an open floorplan that allows collaboration and there are also many rooms and nooks to hold meetings and huddles.

More About This Space

How does this space drive productivity, collaboration, and connectivity?

Among Offerpad’s main focuses when designing our new space, was to create an environment that would be a conduit to help us achieve our lofty goals. We are always striving to help as many people as possible with our unique solutions and having an environment that fosters that productivity was significant. Being able to collaborate seamlessly was a must. Collaboration is a major key to our creativity and innovation in our industry. The open design, numerous meeting spaces and subtly private conference rooms play a big part in helping Offerpad work together and work smarter.

What is one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?

Offerpad headquarters often receives comments about its size, comfortable feel, and purposeful branding throughout. This is a large space and we have purposely left a lot of the square footage open so as to not clutter our space and not clutter our work. We feel that the open space gives us an open and free feeling, just as ‘freedom’ is one of our driving values and something we mean to provide consumers through our work. This is an office and we take our work very seriously, but that didn’t mean the design of our office space had to mimic the typical work office. We wanted to be playful with our home and so we gave homey names to our work spaces and meeting rooms, added fun furniture throughout, and included “family photos” of our employees above the hearth and in hallways. Our visitors tend to enjoy looking at our photos, relaxing in our Family Room, and playing on the “Sun Deck.” One of the most unique features on our space is the floating mezzanine. We call it the Sun Deck and treat it like our indoor backyard. There are games, a picnic bench, comfortable seating and even lawn furniture upstairs. Since this is our own unique home, we were sure to be very involved in the design and decor of the office. Our brand is represented throughout in coloring, and our unique Offerpad style and voice are felt.

How does your space tell your company's story and reflect its brand?

The Offerpad brand is very intentional and yet free flowing. We make it a point to personalize everything we do. Our work and consumer solutions are based on customization and real human feel and that’s what we want our brand to always reflect. Our HQ is a near personification of the brand elements we include in TV commercials, our website, yard signs and more. It’s the true home of our brand and employees. Our color pallet is seen throughout - from the front Porch to our private phone booths to our executives’ offices - it is all uniquely designed to be Offerpad. In addition, we named our meeting spaces and conference rooms using home names such as Library, Garage, Workshop, Craft Room, and more because Offerpad’s brand is focused on all things home. As a company, we work diligently toward our mission and values, and we have included those mantras throughout the space to keep us focused on what we are and why.

How does your space engage your employee base?

Offerpad HQ’s open design and glass walls are meant to promote collaboration and engagement in interpersonal and interdepartmental ways. We want our people to work together and understand one another’s work. We encourage engagement between teams, directly with leadership and with the brand itself. A circular layout allows all departments to be near each other and surrounding the executive team which allows all to naturally cross paths and conveniently communicate.
