More About This Space

How does this space drive productivity, collaboration, and connectivity?

High Alpha’s open concept drives intentional collaboration and orchestrates serendipitous encounters in the High Alpha family. One of our core values at High Alpha is “Move Fast.” We’ve designed our office space to help people interact and connect easier, so they can make quicker, more-informed decisions in the open atmosphere. The office is also full of whiteboards, glass walls, and Apple TVs for impromptu working sessions and to encourage teamwork.

What is one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?

Another High Alpha core value is Dream Big. The white-washed hardwood floors really set the tone for our entire office. The white space is intentionally designed to make you feel like you’re walking in the clouds. You don’t feel constraints and you are a part of the collaboration and openness.

How does your space tell your company's story and reflect its brand?

"High Alpha” is a term used in aeronautics to describe an airplane’s ability to achieve lift and maneuver. It’s also a term used in finance to describe a stock that outperforms its risk-adjusted expectations. Our venture studio is designed around these motifs from our internally-designed artwork and natural light to our aeronautical decor and conference rooms named after famous war planes. These two themes are woven together throughout our office and culture.

How does your space engage your employee base?

Our final High Alpha core value is Expect More. We demand the best from ourselves, our team, and our partners, and we create the context for success. We force ourselves to think outside the box, both in the work we do and in the design of our space. From the custom furniture to the functionality of our office, we are focused on enabling our core values to thrive: Dream Big, Expect More, Move Fast.
