More About This Space

How does this space drive productivity, collaboration, and connectivity?

Before we consolidated into this new space our teams were operating in five separate buildings on two different sides of the city. Now we 're all together, under one roof, and the collaboration, productivity and connectivity synergies have been amazing!

What is one thing that is unforgettable when someone walks through your space?

People love our live moss wall behind reception, but ever since we installed the LED light display in our two story atrium facing 465, that has become our keynote design feature.

How does your space tell your company's story and reflect its brand?

We 're in the environmental business so we approached our design with sustainability in mind and used our customers ' products wherever possible. Despite our global footprint, we 're an Indianapolis based company and we wanted our space to reflect that - we brought in local Indy artists to liven up boring white walls, our conference rooms are named after Indiana State Parks, we salvaged barn wood from western Indiana to build our collaboration cabins, etc.

How does your space engage your employee base?

Our space is home base for our Office Coordinator to create engaging events to encourage connection and relationship building within the team (i.e., solar eclipse viewing party complete with moon pies; Cubs game outings; Indy 11 match outings; Ping Pong competitions; Ice Cream socials, etc.). We built a huge cafe, complete with a shuffle board table, so that our people have a place to gather and socialize. We created a variety of different "work settings " so that our folks have the ability to change the setting and style of their work, rather than getting trapped in the same routines.
